Trifecta have partnered with an established, reputable top tier structure company who deliver full structure packages for an up and coming “Tier 2” multi-level Apartment /Commercial builder here in Melbourne.
Typical project values range between $40M – $150M, which include Apartments, Offices, Hotels, Mixed-use buildings etc. Due to growth, they are looking to hire an experienced Structures Foreman to join the team and work on up-and-coming projects.
Your new role - Trades / workforce coordination
- Quality Control & Compliance
- Safety & Risk Management
- Material & Equipment Coordination
- Communication & Reporting – Be the main point of contact between site, the builder and the office.
What you need to succeed - Experience in leading full structure packages for a subcontractor, as a leading Foreman.
- Must have experience as a Structures Foreman in Melbourne in this space.
- Ideally tertiary qualifications relevant to Construction, or trades specific experience stacked with Foreman and Leading Hand experience.
- Knowledge of hydraulic cores, screens and all elements of Structures packages.
- Previous experience in leading successful projects with similar contractors.
- Long-standing, proven tenure with companies.
- Strong communication skills.
