Site Manager to deliver high-quality commercial fitout projects across Melbourne.
Your New Role
- Manage commercial fitout projects from site establishment through to practical completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, site inductions and pre-starts.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
- Oversee project quality, defect management and site documentation.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain programme and client expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients.
What You Need to Succeed
- 3+ years' experience as a Site Manager with a commercial builder.
- Proven experience delivering commercial fitout or refurbishment projects.
- Local Melbourne construction experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of services coordination and high-end finishes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades in live environments.
- Relevant construction qualifications are advantageous.
