Your new company Trifecta have partnered with an established fitout and refurbishment contractor who are experts at delivering both Government and Private projects between $1m - $10m. Due to an increase in projects, they are looking to bring on Site Managers to assist the site team in the delivery of these projects.
Your new role - Coordinating and supervising trades, running toolbox meetings, inductions etc.
- Managing all site documentation to ensure up to date administration.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in line with program.
- Support your project team and other team members.
- Ensuring all safety parameters are adhered to.
Project - Project duration: 12 - 18 months
- Scope: Refurbishment of existing facility, building extension, concrete works, steel frame, cladding, roofing, carpark works, extension to one of the sheds
- Project value: $4m
What you need to succeed - Experience in a Site Manager or Foreman role with a fitout, refurbishment or new build finishes capacity.
- Solutions focussed and positive attitude.
- Good communication / social skills.
- Qualification in construction relevant to this role (i.e. trade qualification or degree).
- Must be happy to complete a police check and a working with children's check (or have a recent check to provide).
