Your New Company Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly regarded Commercial builder who deliver a diverse range of fitout, refurbishment and new build projects across multiple sectors up to $50M.
Having recently expanded their presence in the Sydney market, they have quickly secured an impressive pipeline of work and are continuing to grow their local team. With a number of exciting projects either underway or due to commence shortly, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing division at a Top 30 Australian builder, where you will work closely with senior leadership and play a genuine role in the growth of the Sydney operation.
Your New Role - Managing the day-to-day delivery of Commercial fitout, refurbishment and new build projects.
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure key program milestones are achieved.
- Driving site safety, quality and compliance across all stages of construction.
- Managing site administration, documentation and reporting.
- Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants and key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
What You Need To Succeed - Proven experience as a Site Manager within Commercial Construction. Local Australian construction experience is essential.
- Experience delivering Commercial fitout, refurbishment or new build projects valued between $3M and $20M.
- Ability to manage projects autonomously from commencement through to completion.
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, program management and subcontractor coordination.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Stable employment history and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar will be highly regarded.
