Our aim is to identify ambitious and driven Leading Hand or Carpenter who are keen to advance into the realm of Site Management. What sets our client apart is their commitment to providing exceptional support, guidance, and training to facilitate your career progression.
Your New Role: - Upholding strict standards of occupational health and safety compliance onsite
- Collaborating with clients to uphold project timelines
- Organising subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries effectively
- Cultivating strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders
What You Need to Succeed: - Solid work history in carpentry, focusing on commercial or high-end residential projects with commercial aspects
- Naturally adept at leading projects while building and nurturing relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Skilled in organising trades efficiently
- Familiarity with site safety software like Hammertech and Procore would be advantageous
Projects
Our client operates in both fit-out and new construction projects, spanning various sectors, including:
- Healthcare/ Childcare
- Education
- Luxury Residential
- Townhouses
What’s In It For You - A salary offer between $110,000 and $130,000, including benefits such as a phone and laptop.
