Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable Commercial Developer Builder who have been in operation for over 20 years. They specialise in building Retail, Town centres. Apartments, Aged Care, Commercial Offices up to $75M.
Due to recent project wins they are looking to hire a Site Manager to join the team to work on up-and-coming commercial new-build projects. They have a $25m Large fotmat retail build in Clyde starting in the new year.
Your New Role - Coordinating and supervising trades, running toolbox meetings, inductions etc.
- Managing all site documentation to ensure up to date administration.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered on time and in line with program.
- Support Site Managers and other team members.
- Ensuring all safety parameters are adhered to.
What you need to succeed - 2+ years working in a Site Manager role for a Commercial builder.
- Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
- Ideally with experience in delivering Retail/Commercial industrial where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.
- Ideally have worked on structures, finishes and services trades.
- Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.
- A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.
