Your new business Trifecta have partnered with a long standing client, who have been in operation for decades. They are a high tiered builder who deliver high rise projects throughout Melbourne’s inner suburbs. They primarily deliver Commercial, Apartments, Hotels, Government and Aged Care projects up to $200m build cost. Due to a string of recently won projects they are looking for a Senior Foreman to join the team to work on up and coming projects.
Your new role As a Senior Foreman you will be responsible for:
- Working alongside the Senior Site Manager as their 2IC.
- Coordinating trades across multiple stages of the project.
- Mentoring and training less experienced Supervisors/Site team members.
- Ensuring the project is being run smoothly from start to finish.
- You will most likely be working on facades/shellworks, services and finishes trades.
What you need to succeed - Multiple years’ experience either as a General Foreman or Site Manager.
- Local Australian experience working within the top tier building space as a Supervisor.
- The ability to manage all stages - Structure through to completion.
- Ideally from a Carpentry, Diploma/Cert IV or Degree background.
- Software experience – Procore, HammerTech, Aconex or BuildPass ideally.
