Due to increased demand from our clients, we’re now looking to make our first internal hire — either at Resourcer or Consultant level.
Working closely with both Directors, you will be responsible for: - Working on permanent, "White Collar" roles
- Source and engage candidates for live roles across our client base
- Advertise roles via job boards, email campaigns, and LinkedIn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Manage and update the CRM to ensure accurate tracking
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process
- Assess suitability through interviews, references, and background checks
- Attend industry networking events
About You: - Experience in a customer facing role where there is an element of sales
- Ideally having recruitment experience (although not necessary)
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- You thrive when required to problem solve
- Full Australian working rights or the experience/credentials to be sponsored

- $65,000 – $85,000 + super (depending on experience)
