Trifecta have partnered with a highly respected commercial fitout and refurbishment contractor with a strong reputation for delivering Government and Private sector projects valued between $1m - $35m. With an expanding portfolio of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their Melbourne team.
Your new role
Lead the delivery of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects from inception through to completion.
Manage Site Managers, Contract Administrators and project delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
Oversee project programmes, budgets, procurement, variations and financial performance.
Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards.
What you need to succeed
Previous experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fitout, refurbishment or new build projects.
Proven ability to manage projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially astute with experience managing project budgets and contracts.
Relevant construction qualification or trade background preferred.
