Your new company Trifecta have partnered with an established, national fitout and refurbishment contractor who are experts at delivering both Government and Private projects between $1m - $15m. Due to an increase in projects, they are looking to bring on a Project Manager to assist the site team in the delivery of these projects.
Your new role - Overall responsibility of the delivery Commercial fitout valued between $1m-$15m
- Leading project teams and responsible for managing the performance of SMs, CAs, Supervisors and PCs/Grads.
- Client management, running PCG meetings, head contract variations/ progress claims.
- Assisting the CA and SM on subcontract management, lettings variation claims etc.
- Dealing with other external consultants such as PM firms, engineers, architects etc.
What you need to succeed - 2+ years experience in a PM or Senior PE role with a fitout and refurbishment company.
- Local experience in Australia within a Project Manager position.
- Ideally with experience in delivering Fitout projects where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.
- Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.
- A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ideally tertiary qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.
