- Tier 2 builder based in the inner suburbs who deliver Apartment, Aged Care, Hotels and projects up to $200M.
- Tier 2 builder again based in the inner suburbs who deliver Apartments, Hotels, Green star offices up to $250M.
- Tier 3 Developer builder who deliver Apartments, Townhouses and luxury residential builds up to $50M.
Your New Role - Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects from site setup through to handover.
- Assist with subcontractor procurement, tender reviews, contract administration, and cost tracking.
- Monitor construction progress against programme milestones and help identify and resolve delays.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.
- Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards through regular checks and documentation control.
What you need to succeed - 4+ years working in a Contracts Administrator or Senior Project Coordinator role for a Commercial builder in Melbourne.
- Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
- Ideally with experience in delivering Apartments/Offices/Hotels where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.
- Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.
- A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ideally tertiary qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.
