Trifecta have partnered with an industry leading tier 1 construction group who deliver a broad range of construction services for tier 1&2 commercial builders. Due to an increase of work in their growing basements division, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager looking to step up into a leadership position with the business.
Your new role - 2IC to the Director you will assist in project management duties as well as mentoring junior staff members.
- Complete reporting requirements for financial, operation and survey needs of the site.
- Implement and monitor the project program in respect to engineering services.
- Develop and foster effective and regular communication with the Project Team including suppliers and clients.
What you need to succeed - Previous experience working within Basements, Excavation, earthworks and piling is preferred.
- Previous experience in a Project Engineer role either working in Commercial or Civil/infrastructure projects.
- Civil Engineering Degree
- Local experience is preferred, experience in UK/USA or NZ is also being considered.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
