Your New Company Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with one of Australia’s leading Tier 1 fitout contractors, renowned for delivering large-scale commercial, government and healthcare projects across the country. With a long-standing presence in the market, they are widely recognised as one of the biggest names in the fitout space, consistently delivering landmark projects up to $100m in value.
With a strong pipeline of major works secured and continued growth across their healthcare division, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of high-profile healthcare fitout projects in Melbourne.
Your New Role As a Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of large-scale fitout projects, with a strong focus on healthcare environments.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of major healthcare fitout projects up to $100m.
- Managing and mentoring high-performing project teams including PMs, CAs, Site Managers and support staff.
- Acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
- Overseeing project financial performance, program delivery and risk management.
- Managing head contract requirements, major variations and commercial outcomes.
- Driving project strategy, ensuring successful delivery in line with client expectations and business objectives.
What you need to succeed - Proven experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role within Commercial Fitout.
- Strong background delivering healthcare fitout projects is essential.
- Local Australian construction experience is required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects from inception through to completion.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar (preferred).
