Your New Company Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable luxury residential builder who specialise in delivering high-end custom homes throughout Melbourne’s premium suburbs, particularly across Toorak and the inner South East. Operating as a subsidiary business of a large commercial builder, they combine the systems, stability and backing of a major construction group with the culture and agility of a boutique residential builder.
Their projects are architecturally designed homes valued up to $10m, with a strong pipeline of upcoming work secured through repeat clients, referrals and ongoing demand within the luxury residential market.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Leading Hand to join their team.
Your New Role Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the day-to-day coordination of luxury residential projects.
- Managing trades onsite and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Hands-on carpentry work where required.
- Assisting with site safety, quality control and overall site presentation.
- Coordinating deliveries, materials and subcontractors.
- Supporting the Site Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time and in line with program.
This role offers strong long-term progression into Site Management as the business continues to grow.
What you need to succeed - Carpentry background with experience working on luxury residential homes.
- Previous experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Carpenter.
- Strong understanding of high-end finishes and residential construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage trades onsite.
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow within the business.
- Local Melbourne residential construction experience is essential.
