Your new business Trifecta have partnered with a long standing client, who have been in operation for decades. They are a high tiered builder who deliver high rise projects throughout Melbourne’s inner suburbs. They primarily deliver Commercial, Apartments, Hotels, Government and Aged Care projects up to $200m build cost. Due to a string of recently won projects they are looking for a Junior Foreman to join the team to work on up and coming projects.
Your new role As a Junior Foreman you will be responsible for:
- Working alongside the Senior Site Manager and most likely another Foreman.
- Coordinating trades.
- Running toolbox talks
- Assisting in managing site documentation, ohs etc.
- Ensuring the project is being run smoothly from start to finish.
- You will be working on a large scale structural package on a project in the CBD.
What you need to succeed - Local Australian experience working within the top/mid tier commercial building space either as Leading Hand, Project Coordinator or Foreman.
- Either from a head contractor or structures subcontractor.
- Good attitude and be able to work in as part of a team.
- Ideally from a Carpentry, Diploma/Cert IV or Degree background.
- Software experience – Procore, HammerTech, Aconex or BuildPass ideally.
