Your New Company Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a long-standing and highly reputable Commercial builder who have been in operation for over 70 years. They deliver a broad range of projects across Government, Commercial, Education and Community sectors throughout Melbourne.
Due to continued growth and strong project wins, they are now looking to appoint a Finishes Foreman to join the team on a $22m Government project based in Albert Park.

Your New Role As the Finishes Foreman, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and coordinating all finishes trades on site.
- Driving program outcomes to ensure timely delivery of finishing stages.
- Quality control across all finishing elements to ensure compliance with Government standards.
- Working closely with the Site Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
- Overseeing subcontractors, conducting toolbox talks and ensuring safety compliance.
- Collaborating with an established team including a Site Manager and two Graduates providing support on site.
You will be stepping into a well-structured team environment with strong systems and leadership already in place.
What you need to succeed - 2–3+ years’ experience in a Foreman or Site Manager role within Commercial Construction.
- Must have local Australian commercial building experience.
- Strong finishes experience across large-scale commercial projects.
- Ideally from a Carpentry background.
- Ability to manage trades, drive program and maintain high quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
