Their Melbourne business continues to secure landmark projects across multiple sectors, creating an opportunity for an experienced Senior Contract Administrator to join their high-performing commercial team.

Your New Role - Leading the procurement strategy across multiple subcontract packages.
- Letting, vetting and awarding subcontractors while ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
- Managing project forecasting, cost reporting and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identifying and managing head contract variations and client negotiations.
- Providing commercial guidance to the wider project team and senior leadership.
- Managing contractual risk and ensuring projects are delivered in line with commercial objectives.
- Developing strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout project delivery.
What you need to succeed - 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator within Commercial Construction or Commercial Fitout.
- Experience delivering complex commercial projects valued above $15M.
- Local Australian construction experience is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent knowledge of head contracts and subcontract administration.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or similar.
