Operating for over 10 years, they deliver mainly new build projects across sectors including Retail, Commercial, Industrial and Large Format Retail, with projects valued up to $100m+.

A number of senior leaders within the company come from Tier 1 construction backgrounds, bringing strong processes, structure and professionalism, while still maintaining the agility and culture of a tight-knit commercial builder.
Due to continued growth within the Geelong team, they are now looking to bring on a Contract Administrator to work exclusively within the region. This is a strong opportunity for someone wanting to join a builder with long-term local growth plans.
Your New RoleWorking alongside experienced PMs and SMs, you will be responsible for:
- Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts.
- Financial forecasting and cost-tracking.
- Subcontract variation and progress claims.
- Assisting the PM with Head Contract client management.
What you need to succeed - 2-4+ years working in a CA role for a Commercial builder.
- Local experience in VIC/Australia is essential.
- Ideally with experience in delivering commercial new build projects where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.
- A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ideally tertiary qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.
