Contract Administrator / Senior Contract Administrator Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly regarded Commercial builder who deliver a diverse range of Fitout, Refurbishment and new build projects across multiple sectors up to $50m.
Having recently expanded their presence in the Sydney market, they have quickly secured an impressive pipeline of work and are continuing to grow their local team. With a number of exciting projects either underway or due to commence shortly, they are now looking to appoint a Contract Administrator or Senior Contract Administrator to support the delivery of these projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing division at a top 30 Australian builder, where you will work closely with senior leadership and play a genuine role in the growth of the Sydney operation.
Your New Role - Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts.
- Managing subcontractor variations, progress claims and commercial administration.
- Financial forecasting, cost tracking and budget management.
- Assisting with head contract administration and client management.
- Working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What You Need To Succeed - Experience as a Contract Administrator within Commercial Construction.
- Local Australian construction experience is essential.
- Experience delivering Fitout, Refurbishment or Commercial construction projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- A proactive attitude and genuine desire to be part of a growing business.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar will be highly regarded.
