Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a Contract Administrator to join their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially secure builder where you'll work alongside experienced industry leaders while delivering a diverse range of Commercial projects valued between $1M - $40M.
Your New Role - Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts.
- Managing subcontractor variations, progress claims and commercial administration.
- Financial forecasting, cost tracking and budget management.
- Assisting with head contract administration and client management.
- Working closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What You Need To Succeed - Experience as a Contract Administrator within Commercial Construction.
- Local Victorian construction experience is essential.
- Experience delivering Commercial new build, fitout or refurbishment projects.
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to develop your career.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar will be highly regarded.
