Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable Commercial Builder who have been in operation for over 10 years. They specialise in building Education, Industrial, Retail & Childcare up to $40M.
Due to recent project wins they are looking to hire a Contract Administrator to join the team to work on up-and-coming commercial new-build projects.
Your New RoleWorking alongside experienced PMs and SMs, you will be responsible for:
- Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts.
- Financial forecasting and cost-tracking.
- Subcontract variation and progress claims.
- Assisting the PM with Head Contract client management.
- This will be a leading CA position.
What you need to succeed - 2-3+ years working in a CA role for a Commercial builder.
- Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
- Ideally with experience in delivering commercial new build projects where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.
- A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ideally tertiary qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.
