Your New Company Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with a highly reputable Commercial builder who have been in operation for over 20 years. They specialise in building Luxury Apartments, Commercial Offices and Luxury Residential builds up to $30m. Due to a recent internal progression, they are looking to hire an ambitious Contract Administrator to join the team to work on a $20m Luxury Apartment/Townhouse project based in the South East for a repeat client.
Your New Role Working alongside an experienced PM and SM, you will be responsible for:
- Letting and vetting subcontractors, writing scopes and awarding subcontracts.
- Financial forecasting and cost-tracking.
- Subcontract variation and progress claims.
- Assisting the PM with Head Contract client management.
- This will be a leading CA position.
What you need to succeed - 2-3+ years working in a CA role for a Commercial builder.
- Local experience in Melbourne/Australia is essential.
- Ideally with experience in delivering Apartments where you have seen the full life cycle of the project.
- Ideally CHEOPS or similar financial management systems experience.
- A genuine, great attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ideally tertiary qualifications related to Construction, however the specific experience is more important.
