Introducing Will, Managing Director, Will's recruitment journey is marked by a solid tenure as a Manager for one of the world's largest recruitment firms, where he managed the Construction and Property Division in Melbourne. He then went on to become a Senior Manager at a boutique business where he was exposed a wider array of industries.
With over 8 years in recruitment, his understanding of the recruitment landscape spans across a wide range of sectors within Construction. Whether it's permanent or contract roles, Will has consistently demonstrated his ability to make successful, long-term placements partnering with long-standing, repeat clients.
Will specialises in multi-residential, luxury residential and commercial new build sectors, ranging from tier 1 to tier 3 companies. His experience extends to fit-out and refurbishment, infrastructure and other niche markets.
Prior to recruitment, Will worked in the UK in the FMCG drinks industry where he worked for energy drink and alcohol market leaders as part of their national sales teams.
