Introducing Louis, Recruitment Consultant, with a background spanning recruitment, media and professional sport. He began his recruitment career in technology, delivering permanent and contract talent solutions for major Australian businesses across FMCG, retail and logistics before moving into commercial construction recruitment.
Louis joined Trifecta with a strong interest in developing his career in permanent recruitment and building deep, long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. He works closely with some of Victoria’s and New South Wales’ leading Commercial builders.
Louis takes genuine pride in the partnerships he builds. He values a consultative approach and believes the best recruitment outcomes come from genuine care, trust and long-term partnerships.
Prior to recruitment, Louis spent over a decade living in the United States, where he played college tennis before beginning his career in sports media. He worked across major international sporting events including the U.S. Open and Australian Open, before moving into television production in New York, where he produced and worked on-air for Prime Video Sports Talk. His time in the United States culminated in an Emmy Award for his work on NBC’s coverage of the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
